Are you between 8 and 13 years old? Then fill your backpack with the craziest ideas and come to the Children's University of KU Leuven and EnergyVille in Genk. You will have classes in a real auditorium. Real professors will teach you about technology and innovation, answer your mind-boggling questions, stimulate your curiosity, and thus, create even more new questions in your head. You'll also get to roll up your sleeves at one of the many workshops.
VITOpolis
Experiencing the transition to a sustainable future is what you'll do in VITOpolis! This temporary experience center is brimming with inspiration and information about sustainable solutions. It offers an interactive experience for students, scholars, and families to explore existing technological solutions and understand how we can collectively shape a sustainable future. VITOpolis will have its 'avant-première' during FTI Hasselt, featuring topics such as sustainable textiles, circular building materials, the value of waste, and much more.

Energy-positive neighborhoods produce more energy than they consume through energy-saving measures and efficient use of locally generated sustainable energy.
